Sourcing Candidates

In addition our existing extensive database of candidates, we advertise to source candidates in the market place via SEEK, INDEED, linkedin, The Advertiser and other advertising mediums deemed appropriate for the vacancy. Some roles may require additional print/on-line advertising, and this will be determined when taking the initial brief.

Rigorous Recruitment & Selection Process

Our interview process involves a lengthy telephone screen, one-on-one interview, skills testing, and reference checking. Skills testing is discussed when taking the initial brief, and is tailored to each role.

Timely Response

As part of our commitment to fill your vacancy as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are dedicated to constant and open communication. We will keep you updated on the progress of your vacancy throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Snapshots - Permanent Staff

The provision of candidate snapshots will ensure you have a synopsis of all candidates prior to interview. These snapshots will include a rundown of work history, results of skills testing, salary expectations, availability, interview impressions, academic qualifications, together with candidate resumes, and any other relevant data.

Candidate Interviews & Feedback

We do all the legwork and will arrange interviews and provide feedback to all of the candidates.

Keeping in Touch

We maintain regular contact with our clients and placed candidates throughout our three month guarantee period. This also applies to temporary/contractor placements.

Skills Assessment / Testing
